Escort Profiles Being Stolen

One Escort Tells her Nightmare

It’s a Saturday morning and you’re browsing various friend’s websites online, observing maybe admiring their images. You recently invested a lot of money on new photos and even more money on a high end website designed by a reputable web designer. You decided to present a more discreet image of yourself by slightly obscuring your face in the new photos. Your investments have worked brilliantly and already your new persona is cultivating more business.

Suddenly, you stumble upon a cheesy website littered with raunchy, offensive sex ads flashing and blinking all about. You reach for your glasses with trembling hands as your heart falls into your toes.

There on the screen before you are photos screaming with your identity, mocked by outdated, personal details – none of which you ever authorized much less posted yourself. What's shocking is that the photos are old and show your face! Your measurements are wrong and so is your weight. What’s worse, your email address and phone number are laughing back at you. You rack your brain and your skin grows clammy scouring your memory, wondering if maybe you really did post this dreadful profile.

Suddenly, the dark evil that quietly lurks in the shadows of our world rears its ugly head as you realize for sure that you never placed nor authorized this profile. It is defamatory, exploitative and pirated. Panic sets in. But then you reason with yourself remembering that these things happen, that there’s nothing you can do about it and oh well. Let’s just move on. The world wide web is an anonymous place and no one will never know. After all, pirating of images is common.

The morning is crisp, fresh and innocent. Your kitty cat without a care in the world except for your affection purrs and nudges around your ankles. It’s time for that second cup of coffee.  But...as you slither back into your chair, stare at the screen and scroll down you begin to recognize several ladies who are your friends. That sinking feeling returns as you did not ask for your identity to be stolen or your images to be pirated.

Luscious Leah

Provider Identities Exploited

A few days later you’re chatting online in one of the private ladies' forums and that muddy suspicion coats your world again as you learn that not one, not two, but several of your friends have experienced the same exploitation – and – on the same website. A few of the ladies are severely pissed. In fact, one has even hired an attorney to press charges against the slime bag culprit who is behind this bloody nightmare of which you are caught in the middle.

Resisting the urge to turn off your computer you scroll down, absorbing the dialogue that cuts like a knife poisoned with fear. One of your friends emphatically declares that she has begged and pleaded - via email - with this idiot to remove her profile. She even displays copies of the emails. His name is Peter. Her identity is protected. Here is one of the emails - verbatim:

Victim: “This is his most shitty email to me. I was so angry!”

Peter: “First thing and most importantly, go fuck yourself.  More than likely that's all you can afford to do anyway.”

Victim: "BTW!!! I am not in NYC!!!  Dumbass!!!!!  I will share this email with ALL the other ladies and my attorney!”

Peter: “Yay, more website traffic for us.”

Victim: “YES!  I do have an attorney!”

Peter: “No, you don't :-) And if you do get one (after I challenged you that you don't have one), then it is probably not the best attorney but someone you saw and who is 'owing' you a favor. Maybe someone who helped you with a DUI in the past. Maybe?! Since he will want to appear all professional, he will send me a Cease & Desist letter that he found somewhere on the Internet.”

Victim: “I do not want MY photos on YOUR site!  You did not ask permission to use them and you are USING us ladies for profit.”

Peter: “Then do something about it and don't talk/write. I will not stop. It is irrelevant how much 'energy' and 'time' you put into this. There is literally and legally nothing you can do about it. Period. In order to show me that you can (basically to prove me all wrong and show me how powerful you are), you will do 1 or 2 (maybe even 3) things that you will find somewhere on the Internet. Along the way all you will do is create more website traffic for us. That is the beauty of it.”

Victim: “I will do everything within my power to bring you down.”

Peter: “Let's face it. You don't have that much power anyways.”

Victim: “AND my information is ALL WRONG and so are my friends. And many more ladies whose information you fucked up.  Let's see... I am 5'8" tall and only weigh 130lbs!?!?!  You people are idiots.”

Peter: “Thank you for letting us know.”

She is UTR (under the radar) but at the time that her pictures were stolen she was not UTR. This guy flat out refuses to remove her profile. In fact, he is hostile, abusive, insulting and holds himself above the law. In short, she is shit on the bottom of his shoe as he arrogantly dares her to press charges. As much as she wants to stop this guy from ruining her career because he has stolen and is exploiting her identity, her hands are tied. She simply does not have the means nor knowledge about taking the action necessary to bring down this demon. Her words are thick with fear. Although she is confident about her rights she is scared and feels completely demeaned.

What you don’t hear her talk about is that she cannot sleep at night worried sick about what the future holds for her. Like many others who are being exploited on this website, she has tried logging in but there is no such tool. A user name and password ability does not exist. In fact, there is no place to register at all. It is totally impossible to remove your profile. Here are his websites. But remember - do NOT click on any of the advertisements. He makes money for each click on an advertisement. He does not make money when viewers simply browse the site: flxescorts.com; nwxescorts.com; roxescorts.com; chixescorts.com; nyxescorts.com; sfxescorts.com; laxescorts.com and texescorts.com.

To make matters even worse, this schmuck is listed on National Black List as an offender. Reportedly, more offenses are being filed on National Black List and Danger Zone 411. SWOP USA is being notified and more.

Does this type of scandalous and illegal activity fit within your ethical standards to be morally and publicly exploited and disrespected? Is this violation of your rights acceptable? Or do you just crawl under the bed and hope that it all disappears. After all, it is free advertisement, right? And you’re not the only one.

So you go back to the website to appease those thoughts. Browsing around, you find more of your friends’ photos smeared with inaccurate details. You find faces that shouldn’t be seen; phone numbers that shouldn’t be public; emails that should remain private. You view photos of women with otherwise beautiful websites that are sloppy and bluntly cropped.

But this time you gasp in horror as right below your own falsified profile is a porn video of a woman being slapped, hit and fucked by some dude while his friend flicks cigarette ashes in her mouth. OMG. This is just too much.

Instead of going for coffee you now go for wine. Your chest is pounding and your nerves are riddled with knots. You just spent over $2,000 of your heard earned money on a website and new photos, not to mention hours of brain work to develop your new persona!

Heather D'Angelo

And now? This vile human being is crucifying you by blasting your identity with the dirtiest grade of sex video demeaning and condemning women. Isn’t this whole mess a violation of obscenity laws?

If you were unaware that you were receiving ‘free advertising’ what’s next? It is possible that outside viewers of this website may construe your participation as supportive of its content - classless and trashy. Now. We all know better than that. But look, for instance, at what’s going on with escorts.com. Need I say more?

If this scum bag is capable of pirating thousands of images (and violating copyright laws of many photographers) what is he doing that we are all not aware of?

Ladies, this is a live and ongoing nightmare. The people in this story are true and this is really happening to them and the numbers are increasing. There is nothing fictional or inflammatory about my words. Geisha Affair does not believe it is right for any person to perpetrate such evil actions on anyone.

It goes against our religion to pirate images, steal identities, violate U.S. Copyright Law, obscenity laws and privacy laws and destroy the lives of others.

As the Voice of the Community, Geisha Affair will not back down to the fear and exploitation that this demon is inflicting upon the community. It is not right. If you feel that you have been violated, please do yourself and all of your friends a favor and join the Geisha Coalition.

Our law firm, Pepper Law Group, LLC is a vigorous defender of free speech and privacy rights.  In addition to assisting Geisha Affair hunt down and stop violations of its rights, they are available to help protect your rights online as well.  Contact Dan Pepper, Esq. through the Pepper Law Group, LLC and let him know that Geisha Affair sent you.

Thanks to all of you bitches, I'm making money. And you're not. hahahaha. You all don't stand a chance. But anyway, thanks for the big announcement beforehand, Dan. That's exactly what a great lawyer would do.

Wouldn't it be hysterical if this pathetic excuse of a human being in question was idiotic enough to even attempt (clearly driven by emotion and outrage) to post a reply on our blog here in our community? I can imagine that this moron would do such a thing. Imagine... he would reveal his IP address, his city of location, his internet provider and once searched on Google, an actual geographical photo of his location.

How comical.

Sohel Rahman (of San Francisco in 2008, may or may not still live there) owns www.TexEscorts.com (and by default, the other protected ones).

How do you know this, Amy and do you have more information?

November 28, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterGeisha Affair

Meeshee - "Contrary to common opinion, there is absolutely no benefit in the client purchasing copyright to his/her photos. Why? Because it’s all in the contract. The contract should spell out that the client can do whatever he/she likes with his/her photos. So what is the reason to spend all of that extra money?"

But isn't the issue of copyright crucial to this situation? Sure the buyer of the photos can do what they like with them, but what's critical is what rights the photographer has to the photos also.

If one doesn't have copyright to one's photos then the photographer can do what they like with them, including pass them on to people like the exploitative monster above.

Isn't this the situation or am I missing something Meeshee?

I looked at the site and see they stole my profile too. This has happened so many times that I've been looking into ways to password "lock" my photos. I blame eros for not doing a better job of protecting content. None of this crap was going before I started advertising there. Unfortunately, eros bring me money so I have to keep my profile

Thanks, Amy. We have forwarded this valuable information to our attorneys. We are moving forward this week with legal action.

November 29, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterGeisha Affair

Way to go, Meeshee, for not being afraid to speak up about this. Kudos also to the ladies who have been affected and are moving forward to help take this website down.

This type of behavior has to stop! These predators bank on the assumption that sex workers are too scared to stand up for their rights. Hell, they don't even think that sex workers are allowed the same rights as the rest of society!!

It's up to all of us to make a change in how we are viewed and treated by others. It's great to have you on our side, Meeshee.

November 29, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterLynetteMarie

Right on LynetteMarrie and what a path you have just opened for everybody to realize that at least here in America everybody has legal rights and the opportunity to be heard and represented.

Seems to me that the gang of crooks the blog referred to, was planning to cash on the idea that Providers supposedly have a "weak" side and should remain shut up and therefore, they were planing to exploit them on that premise. The problem of being in silence and do nothing or expecting that someone else might raise the voice for you is that with time the abuse can escalate to unknown levels.

This should be the moment when the participants in the industry should stand closer and join a coalition that is looking out for you. Good for Geisha Affair that is truly a Voice out there because no one else do shit about it. Other web advertisement avenues just collect from you ladies but what do they offer to the community? Nothing, just extra fees.

Get together and push agendas, it takes more than one swallow bird to make a summer time.

Love you all.

I'm so beyond impressed that you're following up on this AND have retained legal counsel. This is incredible. Tweet coming tomorrow!

I hope you're hearing from more girls privately. This is a huge issue.

We are hearing from more and more ladies. Threads have been posted all over the nation in boards that are familiar to all of us. He is listed a couple of times on www.NationalBlackList.com. And yes. It is a huge issue. As the Voice of the Community, GA has no fear of taking this worm down. We even know where he lives.

Do any willingly sign up to his sites or are all of the profiles on those various sites stolen?

December 2, 2010 | Unregistered Commentersuperbadecdc

So far, no one has heard from any lady who has willingly signed up.

wow ladies so sorry 2 hear your troubles with identity theft.

December 18, 2010 | Unregistered Commenter1laya

It is much, much more than just identity theft. Some ladies - of those who we know about at this point - were exposed by this idiot via photos that revealed their faces, phone numbers and email addresses long AFTER they had gone UTR or changed their personas. Such exploitation put these ladies at risk in front of their families, boyfriends, husbands and friends. Additionally, major copyright violation is going on here. Profiles, identities and photos get stolen all the time. Unfortunately, that's part of this industry and it's truly a shame as no one should have to endure that. But this situation is on a grand scale and the owner blatantly and defiantly refuses to do anything about it. If anyone's profile is posted on these sites without their authorization, we at Geisha Affair highly recommend contacting our attorney Dan Pepper for some advice. It can't hurt.

December 18, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterGeisha Affair

My photos are copyright protected from my photographer who happens to take such things very seriously AND has the time and money to be able to afford going to court. If anyone did that with my photos i will sue and go to court, no matter if i have to reveal who i am and what i do for a living. I will bust that persons limbless behind! No one does want to test me on that!

January 17, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterNina Sastri

Nina, you definitely have the right attitude and approach. If more ladies were as proactive as I know you'd be, we wouldn't be faced with the epidemic of stolen photos/profiles. In actuality, disarming a photo/profile thief isn't so difficult. Contacting their web hosting server is a great and effective way to start. Today, I notified a client in L.A. who is a high class Courtesan that a lady in Northern California had stolen her photos (taken by Santillo). She immediately called the website and the girls profile was dismantled immediately.

January 17, 2011 | Registered CommenterMeeshee

I found that my images (clearly bearing my watermark AND the watermark of an authorized site, were on his SF website. I asked to contact the custodian of documents for my model release. My profile was deleted same day. I don't know why I was able to get my fake profile removed and others aren't.

Please shut this low life down, what a misogynistic jerk.

January 21, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterQueen Bee

Queen Bee - you succeeded where others have failed. In my case, I had many profiles deleted which contained many of my watermarked photos of clients. Geisha Affair took the lead to expose this guy. There are ladies who simply did not take action.

January 21, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterMeeshee

This can be taken care of quite quickly.
I heartily agree with joining the Pepper Law Group Plan. The "gentleman's" actions are unacceptable.
#1.We need to find where the "gentleman" is located.
#2. We hire extremely competent Italian negotiators to have a conversation with him.
#3.The problem will be solved.
Question.
Where does the "gentleman" live? Work? Where is he based out of?

"Never underestimate the power of beautiful women......"

February 12, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterBrianna Wildman

Brianna - The power of beautiful and SMART women! Dan Pepper has already laid the ground work as he had several Meeshee Photography related profiles removed. You might want to contact him. :-D

February 13, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterMeeshee

We continue to receive emails from ladies seeking advice on how to get their stolen profiles removed. It’s not so easy to get your profile removed when going about it alone. That is why the article suggests contacting Attorney Dan Pepper for assistance. He specializes in the adult entertainment industry and understands well the nature of this business. He had several profiles removed for ladies who are clients of Geisha Affair and Meeshee Photography (I am also owner of Meeshee Photography which meant that a lot of my copyrighted work was pirated by this company and therefore ladies’ profiles stolen). A lot of ladies’ professional lives continue to be destroyed by this guy.

The process of getting your profile removed is an issue of the website owner of nyxescorts violating terms and conditions of the host server of the website. I say this because some ladies are shy about approaching an attorney for assistance, thinking that their identities might be further exploited, due to the nature of their professions.

With Dan Pepper, the process of getting your profile removed will be a smooth and successful process. This is the experience that we had in getting the Meeshee Photography profiles removed. The fact that Dan Pepper specializes in the adult industry will reassure that your identity will not be further exploited.

My recommendation is to first, leave your comments on this blog so as to give notice to many other ladies that you have been victimized and want to take action. Second, contact Dan Pepper for assistance and tell him that Meeshee sent you. All of his coordinates are linked in the blog article, but his website address is here.

There is a website by the name of eccie*****.com that is stealing pictures of ladies and creating fake profiles on their forum. Eccie*****.com is a site that has been leaking eccie.net's private info for a year now.I have no clue why NOTHING has been done to stop these people. A client of mine contacted me asking me If I had an account on the leaks site and I told him no. He sent me the link and I checked it out. It was someone impersonating me on a forum using my picture for THEIR avatar and posting my email address on their signature line. In other words, They went on eccie.net and copied my signature line THERE and my avatar THERE to use it on a their site. They are also using my name to post false information. I have been up all night thinking is there anything I can do? I had plans to re-invent my persona but now with this everything including my tour has been put on hold. I need as much advice I can get. I really need help with this. I looked up eccie*****.com whois info and fouind that the name of the owner was hidden. Can anyone help?

March 3, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterKayla

Kayla - I tried the URL that you indicated - www.eccie*****.com and the page indicates, "Server not found". I then tried the URL www.eccie.com and got the page for CCIE Information (Cisco Systems CCIE). I also tried variations and came up with nothing. Can you please indicate what is the correct URL who has allegedly pirated your profile?

The discrepancy in the URL makes your comment unclear. Geisha Affair advertises on www.ECCIE.net. I myself, have posted many threads on ECCIE so I am quite familiar with the site and its owners. Please provide more info.

Thanks,
Meeshee :-D

Oh my, this 'Peter' guy is out of control. If he chose me as a victim, I would slap him with a lawsuit before he could blink - no shyness approaching an attorney in my case. Good for Geisha Girls for helping out! And girls, if you are a victim - my guess is that your hourly rate equates with or is higher than that of a reputable attorney, so you can probably afford some sage advice. You may even profit from it! Legal advice is a cost of business. I know, I know - we don't like to spend our hard-earned dollars. However, sound legal advice will likely make you more money in the long run.

I am a provider in Arizona and googled my phone number and just 3 pages of the search results revealed 7 different websites who have stolen my info, swxescorts.com, le69.com, jenny.host-ed.me.com, myproviderguide.com, mpreviews.comsharppick.com, eroticmugshots.com, thats only the first three pages of the results I'm disgusted and confused at the same time...but willing to do whatever needed to help stop these people
